Revival Sports is proud to be led by an exceptional team of coaches whose expertise spans decades of competitive and developmental experience. Nashfan Mohamed
Head Coach of the Revival Sports Club

A legendary figure in Maldivian badminton, Nashfan Mohamed is a former captain of the Maldives National Badminton Team. With over 15 years of national representation, he led the team to multiple IOIG medals and is a six-time Men’s Doubles Champion. Now at Revival Sports, he brings his championship mindset and elite experience to guide the club’s top athletes.

A distinguished name in Maldivian badminton, Nasheeu Sharafuddeen brings over 20 years of experience competing at both local and international levels. A multiple-time National Singles and Doubles Champion, he has proven his versatility and excellence across the sport throughout his career. Now serving as the Leading Academy Coach at Revival Sports Badminton Academy, he now channels his vast experience into badminton development, nurturing the next generation of talented athletes and building the foundation for their future success.
Maisa Fathuhulla Ismail
Female Leading Coach at Revival Sports Badminton Academy
2026 - Present
A former National Women's Singles, Doubles, and Mixed Doubles Champion, Maisa Fathuhulla Ismail brings over a decade of competitive experience at both local and international levels. Having represented the Maldives at the Asian Games, Commonwealth Games and multiple IOIG campaigns including a Silver medal in 2023—she made history as the youngest-ever National Women's Singles Champion at just 17. Now a full-time coach at Revival Sports, she brings her championship experience and international exposure to help shape the club's next generation of talent.
